March Madness!

March Madness

For the past five weeks we have been in Alabama while Edmund went through some military training and we had a few adventures along the way!

We spent some of our free time putting together a puzzle!

Matthias participated in Mustache March

We went down to the Riverfront in Montgomery AL and enjoyed an evening stroll!

Matthias all dressed up on Easter morning!

We got to spend the Easter holiday with some of Sarah's family, it was great fun and a blessing to be with family as we remembered Christ's Resurrection from the grave!
He is Risen!

Matthias enjoyed a little Easter egg hunt...

Matthias impersonates Miss Piggy...

Matthias had his 7 month birthday and the pictures accurately show him being quite difficult... He was very interested in his "7 Months" sticker which made it challenging to get him to sit still, as you can see!

We were able to go visit Selma, AL and learn more about the Civil Rights Movement and the Voting Rights Movement as well.

We also got to go to the "Moo"seum and learn about the Beef Industry of Alabama!

On March 17th, we all dressed in the color of St. Patrick's Day, green!

Matthias' onesie says "I'm cute, my Mom is cute and my Dad is LUCKY!"

Is that a hairdo or what!?!

We were able to go explore the Tuskegee Airmen Institute (not picture are some of Edmund's family that came down for a few days to visit with us!!!)

Matthias started to eat a few foods this month, he seemed to like his green beans!

Edmund celebrated his 28th birthday with a delicious steak dinner from Texas Roadhouse!

And these are just some pictures of Matthias being silly and trying to get the camera!

Just before we left for Alabama, Matthias celebrated his 6 month birthday, he was much more compliant when he was less mobile!

Well, we enjoyed our time in the states but we are glad to be back home and settling back into a routine here (kinda anyway, it's after midnight and Matthias and I (Sarah) are still up, he hasn't quite gotten the memo that we went forward 6 hours!

              That's all folks!
