This weekend we participated in an American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid class and we enjoyed the refresher class very much. During the class our instructor showed the class the two following videos and we were quite delighted by them and we wanted to share them with you all for your viewing pleasure and well, we want you to know about hands-only CPR too!
