Matthias is 11 months old and Edmund's 1st Dualthlon

Matthias is Eleven Months Old!

He can stand up all by himself!

He is not walking by himself yet but we can certainly tell that he is ready for adventure!

Edmund participated in his first Dualthlon this weekend!

They started out with a 2 mile run...

Matthias and I were having fun (even though it was still really early in the morning... we had gotten up at 5am, too!)!

Edmund was going strong!

But sadly, after two tires blowing out on the third and final lap of the 20 mile cycling portion of the race, Edmund retired the race. He had a great time going and did a great job! We are eager to see him try again another time soon!

Matthias said "Good try Dad! You'll get it next time!"
